All registrations include: Green fees, cart, grill at the 9th hole (hot dogs and hamburgers), bag of goodies, complimentary beverage carts at the golf course and banquet dinner with open bar and awards at the Elks Lodge.
Registration: All foursomes are requested to be registered no later than April 11, 2008. This will give the committee ample time to prepare for a wonderful event. Forms are available at the bar or from any committee member. Foursome policy: This event is a first come, first serve basis.
Sponsorships: See committee members for available sponsorships or pick up a flyer at the Elks Lodge office.
Refund policy: All single, foursomes, and sponsorship sales are final. The tournament will be played unless severe inclement weather prohibits golf. The event will then be re-scheduled at an available future date.
Raffle tickets: A ticket will be issued at the start of the event when you register. During the banquet there will be drawings for door prizes, so hang on to the ticket. There will also be a 50/50 drawing for all those who wish to participate.
Banquet: At this time a surf and turf style banquet is planned. Beverages will be available at the bar during the banquet. Please remember that this is intended to be a fun filled charitable event, so please drink responsibly.
